2. Product Description
All photo prints are sold as unframed, high-quality prints only, unless otherwise specified. Any other items (such as frames, mats, or mounting) shown in promotional images are for illustrative purposes only and are not included in the purchase.
3. Print Specifications
Each print is created to the highest standards using professional materials and printing techniques. Please note:
- Sizes are listed in inches or centimeters.
- Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor displays.
- Custom requests for sizes or finishes may be accommodated, but will require a separate agreement.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in EUR and do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and added at checkout. We accept payment through Credit and Debit Cards. Full payment must be received before an order is processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship prints worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and size of the print. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
- Estimated delivery times: 1-3 days within France, 2-5 days within Europe, 5-10 days internationally.
- We are not responsible for delays due to postal or customs services.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of fine art prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged print, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging prints to ensure they arrive safely. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photographs of the damage. If the package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
8. Intellectual Property
All images sold are the copyrighted property of Valeria Sarto. Purchasing a print does not grant the buyer rights to reproduce, distribute, or use the image for commercial purposes.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will only use your information for order fulfillment and communications related to your purchase.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
